Mobile Service TechnicianCompensation: $25 - $50 / hourPliler International is expanding our Mobile Service team and looking for a dependable, skilled technician to provide onsite maintenance and repairs throughout East Texas and Northwest Louisiana. You’ll work from a fully equipped company mobile service truck, handling scheduled service during normal business hours as well as participating in after-hours and on-call service when needed. This is a great opportunity for a technician who takes pride in quality work, communicates well with customers, and enjoys the variety that comes with working outside the shop.Why Join the Pliler Team?Great Pay: Earn between $25 and $50 per hour with commission-based pay—the more you work, the more you earn!Solid Benefits: We offer health, dental, paid time off, plus 401K and life insurance.Fully equipped company mobile service truck providedCompany cell phone provided for after-hours serviceUniforms providedASE and state inspection certification reimbursementManufacturer training and continued educationGrowth and advancement opportunitiesSupport from an experienced dealership service teamFamily-owned company with a strong, long-tenured teamWhat You’ll Be DoingTravel to customer locations throughout East Texas and Northwest LouisianaPerform preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on medium- and heavy-duty commercial trucksDiagnose mechanical and electrical concerns using diagnostic tools, schematics, and technical informationRepair systems including brakes, electrical, air systems, suspension, steering, HVAC, cooling, starting and charging, drivetrain, and aftertreatmentRespond to scheduled service calls and assigned after-hours or roadside service requestsCommunicate clearly with customers about vehicle concerns, repair findings, and recommended servicesCoordinate with the Service Manager, Service Advisor, and dealership teamComplete repair orders and accurately document labor, parts, inspections, and repairsMaintain the tools, parts, supplies, and equipment assigned to the mobile service truckKeep the service truck clean, organized, properly stocked, and ready to respondFollow company safety procedures and customer-site safety requirementsProvide professional, dependable service and build positive customer relationshipsWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious experience as a diesel mechanic, truck technician, mobile service technician, or similar roleExperience diagnosing and repairing medium- or heavy-duty commercial trucksStrong knowledge of diesel, mechanical, electrical, brake, air, suspension, steering, and related vehicle systemsAbility to work independently with limited supervisionStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanshipGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to stay organized and manage multiple service calls and prioritiesWillingness to work outdoors and in a variety of customer-site and roadside conditionsDependability and flexibility to participate in after-hours and on-call coverageValid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle recordAbility to meet applicable DOT requirements for operating the mobile service vehicleCDL, DOT inspection certification, ASE certifications, and dealership or fleet experience are preferredHigh school diploma or GED requiredTechnical school, vocational training, manufacturer training, or an applicable apprenticeship is preferredBenefitsHealth Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Time Off (PTO)Competitive WagesFlexible SchedulingMore About Pliler InternationalAs a family-owned and operated business, we treat our employees like family.
