Assistant Production Manager

The role will be stationed overseas at a production site, responsible for managing the site, maximizing production output and efficiency, and participating in improvement projects. Job Description Organize and supervise site operations to achieve company business objectives. Monitor production processes (printing), assembly, picking and packing, and warehousing to ensure operational efficiency. Identify and resolve practical production and order issues. Track performance of outsourced service providers. Implement SOPs and provide suggestions for improvement. Conduct staff training, offer team support, and coach employees. Serve as first point of contact for logistics issues. Requirements Tertiary education / Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related discipline. 5+ years of experience in production or operations management. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, good communication skills, quick learner in fast‑paced environments. Annual salary package USD 70,000–90,000.
