Member Experience & Front Desk Specialist
DJD Fitness - Easton/Nazareth/Mt. Pocono/Bethlehem PA
A fitness center is seeking a Member Services Representative to enhance member experiences through excellent customer service and facility cleanliness. Responsibilities include greeting members, handling front desk operations, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the center. Applicants should possess a customer service background, basic computer skills, and a passion for fitness. The role requires reliability, a positive attitude, and a high school diploma.
