Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3–4 days/week onsite)Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Tech Lead / Banking Consultant with experience in the banking/financial services domain and Java Full Stack expertise. The role involves leading end-to-end development, designing scalable solutions, and working closely with business and technology stakeholders in a consulting environment.Domain ExperienceStrong experience in Banking / Financial Services (Payments, Lending, Retail Banking preferred)Required Skills10+ years of IT experience with Java Full Stack developmentStrong backend experience in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, MicroservicesFrontend experience with Angular/React, JavaScript, HTML, CSSHands-on experience in REST APIs and API integrationsExperience with Apache Camel, ESB, and messaging systems (Kafka/ActiveMQ/JMS)Good understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP)Experience with SOAP/REST services, XML (XSLT/JAXB), JSON, and flat filesResponsibilitiesLead design and development of end-to-end full stack applicationsDrive integration and API strategies across enterprise systemsCollaborate with stakeholders in a client-facing consulting roleProvide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoringEnsure delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutionsSoft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical thinkingAbility to lead teams in a fast-paced, hybrid work environmentPosting Date:Department:CONS: International Insurance - 1460310011
