The ideal candidate will provide prehensive occupational therapy services to individuals with physical, developmental, and cognitive impairments to enhance their ability to perform daily activities and improve their quality of life. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' physical, developmental, and cognitive abilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient goals. Provide direct therapy services using therapeutic techniques and equipment as appropriate. Collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and achieve optimal outes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outes. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care strategies. Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Valid OT license in the state of Florida.
