As a clinical provider and patient advocate, you'll be given all the resources you need to provide exceptional care, while expanding your clinical skillset. You'll work in an environment that encourages full clinical autonomy, backed by the ability to tap into a hygiene mentor program.

About This Office

Forum Dental - Lebanon is home to a dedicated team of 12 professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while supporting one another every step of the way. Our office is fast-paced, goal-oriented, and hardworking, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. We take pride in creating an environment where team members feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow both personally and professionally.

We are seeking a hygienist who is a strong patient advocate, detail-oriented, personable, and adaptable in a dynamic clinical setting. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate eager to start your career, you'll have the opportunity to learn from a supportive team that is committed to helping you succeed.

The practice is open Monday through Wednesday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This position is scheduled for four days per week, with the specific schedule discussed during the interview process. Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
