Valley Industries is seeking a motivated and reliable Full-Time Production Crew Member to join our team. This role involves light assembly and sub-assembly work both on and off the production line in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Perform small-scale production of multiple assemblies
• Assemble and affix pre-manufactured components accurately and efficiently
• Prepare finished products for shipping, including packaging, labeling, and barcoding
• Use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, and other specialized tools as required
• Monitor work to minimize time, material usage, and scrap
• Maintain consistent quality while performing repetitive assembly tasks for extended periods

• Strong hand dexterity to assemble small components
• Ability to focus and maintain accuracy during repetitive work
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team
