Responsibilities Include Floating between multiple hospital departments such as Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, and Medical‑Surgical. Collaborating with other departments to coordinate care. Adhering to professional standards and maintaining licensure and certifications. Performing physical duties including lifting, standing, and moving patients. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Graduation from an accredited LPN program and valid licensure. Recent bedside LPN experience (minimum 1 year for Med Surg; 2 years for other specialties). Certifications in BLS, with ACLS, PALS, and IV certification preferred depending on department. Skills & Attributes Flexibility to work various shifts, with no mandatory weekends or holidays. Ability to work independently, be available on short notice, and handle last‑minute shift cancellations. Strong physical stamina to perform demanding tasks.
