Our team helps customers explore and enjoy the world of food. The Opportunity At Rosauers Supermarkets, the deli is a culinary adventure. As a Deli Associate, you will craft customized sandwiches, salads, and other items with care and an artistic touch, delivering a deli experience that is second to none. Responsibilities Welcome and greet customers when entering or leaving the store. Answer customer questions, help locate items, and provide recommendations. Update displays, cases and other customer-facing areas to showcase new items and promotions. Ensure work areas are clean and prepared to service customers, including cleaning surfaces, equipment and floors, and removing trash. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures established by the company and regulatory agencies. Cooperate with others to ensure customer satisfaction. Perform other duties to support the overall success of the company. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role. Genuine dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience.
