Construction Project Coordinator - Field & Office
Location: Miami, FL 33010 | Job Type: Full-Time, Office & Job-Site based
Our client is one of Florida's leading General Contractors specializing in high-rise concrete restoration, stucco repair, waterproofing, and exterior painting for the past 30 years .
We are seeking a seasoned or junior Project Coordinator to provide administrative and project support for mid- to large-scale concrete restoration, amenity deck, fenestration, and railing replacement projects . You will assist with documentation, scheduling, and communication to keep projects on track and compliant with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reports.
- Prepare schedules, progress updates, and meeting minutes.
- Track procurement, material deliveries, permits, and inspections.
- Assist with invoices, budgets, and subcontractor agreements.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Support close-out documents, punch lists, and compliance records.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in construction management/engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
- 1+ years in construction administration or project coordination (building envelope, concrete restoration, or fenestration a plus).
- Proficient in Procore, MS Project, Fieldwire, Monday.com , or similar software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings and terminology.
Working Conditions
- Full-time on-site role with exposure to active construction sites.
- Must be comfortable with heights, scaffolding, and outdoor work.
- Some evenings or weekends may be required to meet deadlines.
