**Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurse - Endoscopy Specialist!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team working in a fast-paced environment focused on Endoscopy. - **Position:** Registered Nurse specializing in Endoscopy - **Experience Required:** Minimum of 3 years in nursing (specialty experience preferred) - **Shift:** Day shifts (5 days a week, 8-hour shifts from 07:00 - 15:30) - **Patient Ratios:** 1:1 during the Day **Key Responsibilities:** - Administer Conscious Sedation and monitor patients throughout procedures. - Prepare for and assist with various endoscopic procedures: - Bronchoscopy - Colonoscopy - EGD - Endobronchial Ultrasound (EBUS) - Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) - ERCP - And more! - Provide post-procedure care and recovery for patients. - Perform essential tasks such as: - Obtaining 12 lead EKG/ECG - Starting and maintaining IVs - Medication administration (including opioids and reversal agents) **Skills & Qualifications:** - Certifications (preferred): - ACLS, BLS, CGRN* - Proficient with: - Provation* - Airway management - Balloon Dilators, Bronchoscopy cart and supplies* - Monitoring Conscious Sedation - Community hospital experience preferred. **Work Environment:** - Engage with a supportive interdisciplinary team, including: - IV Teams - Physical Therapy - Respiratory Services - Phlebotomy - Radiology - Social Services - Rapid Response Teams - Pharmacy - Float requirement to preop and phase II PACU, with potential assignments in sister ministries. **Additional Information:** - **Patient Age Groups:** Adults and Geriatrics - **Weekend Shifts:** No required weekends - **Pre-Approved Time Off:** One request permitted **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
