Network Engineer

Salary: $45,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: We need a strong background in data networking and core network architecture, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi networking. We require direct experience configuring firewalls or routers, with practical knowledge of port forwarding rules, 1:1 NAT, and essential firewall security features. We require hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, or comparable enterprise network hardware. Experience in Enterprise Telecom or Managed Services (MSP) environments is highly preferred. CCNA certification, equivalent experience, or Fortinet certifications are required. Responsibilities: We analyze customer network requirements to design reliable and scalable infrastructure solutions. We deploy managed network equipment, including firewalls, switches, and access points, and ensure configurations align with client needs. We follow engineering standards for network design, document storage, and project communication. We work closely with field personnel, end clients, and internal project managers to support smooth installations. We manage time and technical resources effectively to meet or exceed project deadlines.
