Senior Employment Counsel - Global HR & Policy (Remote)

Axiom seeks Employment Lawyers to work with some of the world’s largest companies across industries. You will advise HR and management on all aspects of employment, including hiring, performance, discipline, and investigations, while shaping policies for global teams. Candidates should have a J.D. and active U.S. bar, 5+ years in employment law, and strong counseling skills, with experience training HR teams and handling international issues.
