- Greet and support patients in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner
- Assist the doctor using efficient four-handed dentistry
- Capture accurate digital x-rays and impressions
- Document clinical notes in Denticon
- Prepare, clean, and restock operatories in accordance with OSHA and infection control protocols
- Sterilize instruments and support smooth daily clinical flow
- Assist with patient scheduling and recall follow-ups as needed
- Participate in morning huddles, team meetings, and ongoing practice improvement
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred
- Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent time management and comfort using digital systems
- Experience with restorative, endodontic, periodontal, and oral surgery procedures is a plus
- Employment Type: W-2, Full-Time
- Schedule: Full-time schedule aligned with office hours
- Compensation: $23-$27 per hour , depending on experience
- Signing Bonus: $1,000
