In 2022 MGA has opened its doors to MGA Behavior Therapy which offers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and early behavior intervention for pediatric patients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. We aim to help our patients and their families by delivering high-quality clinical care in the comfort of their homes. • Provide specialized care: Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
• Administer medication with expertise: Take charge of administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, always ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Thorough documentation: Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care meticulously, ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records.

• Competitive LPN Compensation ranging from $37,440 to $80,080 annually.
• Compensation is dependent on experience, tenure, and number of hours worked.
• The bottom range indicates little to no experience, while working 30 hours per week.
• The top range indicates highly skilled and experienced clinicians surpassing full-time minimum requirement of 30 hours completed weekly.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado Registered Nurse License is required.
• Active Nursing License in good standing (required)
• Attention to Detail
• Time Management Skills
• Effective Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution
• Good Organization and Effective Communication
• Six (6) months of recent experience as a Nurse in a clinical care setting (preferred)
• Home Health Experience (preferred)
