Through digital listening and patient analytics, we are able to understand our customers’ needs and strive to provide solutions to meet them.The position is based out of Upper Gwynedd, PA, reporting directly to the Associate Director, U.S. Vaccine Portfolio Marketing Strategy & Implementation Lead.Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:**Promotion Management:*** Directs projects to ensure that all resources meet the objectives of customer and brand marketing teams.* Develops organized customer tools and resources for Account Executives and across multiple engagement channels supporting the vaccines portfolio, new indications and appropriate pre-launch activities.* Partners with the other members of the organized customer team, external agency partners and third-party vendors to ensure that all offerings meet the strategic and communication objectives for the customer segments and brands.* Manages the creative process for segment initiatives and provides necessary guidance to the agency partners.* Manages projects and programs "end to end" through appropriate internal and external support services in development of content, design, Commercial Review Team (CRT) approvals, and production.* Maintains working knowledge of regulatory guidance & delivers compliant programs.* Manages creation and monitoring of Agency scope of work (SOWs) and Agency evaluation process. Accountable for the operational proficiency of Agencies and other channel outsourced vendors.* Oversees the appropriate administration of promotional budgets for projects and deliverables.**Customer Segment Strategy:*** Develops an understanding of key organized customer segments to provide actionable insights informing customer and brand strategy as well as Account Executive resource implementation.* Helps develop and evolve customer segment strategies, including incorporating and supporting the new L3 Commercial Framework, while partnering with Associate Director Customer Segment Leads to ensure strategic choices maximize performance.* Guides marketing campaigns and implementation plans for multiple customer types and partners with extended team members for input on ongoing strategy/resource development action items.* Creates routine and ad hoc internal presentations to leadership and customer-facing Account Executives.**Education:*** Minimum: BA/BS Degree.* Preferred: MBA or other advanced degree.**Knowledge and Skills:*** 3 years of combined sales, marketing, market research, promotion or equivalent experience.* Ability to think strategically across multiple segments.* Knowledge of the development process for pharmaceutical promotional materials, including the Med-Legal / Promotional Review process.* Working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while managing multiple projects and stakeholders.* Proven problem solving and exceptional project management skills.* Strong communications skills and self-motivated.**Preferred Knowledge and Skills:*** Prior working knowledge in pharmaceutical, vaccines, biotech or other related regulated industries.* Managing external agencies or vendor.* Demonstrated ability to make strategic choices using fundamental marketing tools and frameworks (e.g. segmentation, positioning, etc.).* Demonstrated budget management.* Proven ability to efficiently manage and/or lead multiple projects, priorities and deadlines as a subject-matter-expert (SME).**Required Skills:**Adaptability, Business Planning, Data Analysis, Data Analytics, Financial Analysis, Managed Care Contract Negotiations, Market Development, Market Research, Pricing Strategies, Product Management, Project Management, Sales Strategy Development, Strategic Thinking, Team Leadership, Teamwork**Preferred Skills:**Current Employees apply HERECurrent Contingent Workers apply HERE**US and Puerto Rico Residents Only:**Our company is committed to inclusion, ensuring that candidates can engage in a hiring process that exhibits their true capabilities.
