Location: Georgetown, TX
Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Sunday–Thursday)

We are currently hiring 3rd Shift Assemblers/Packers for a well-established manufacturing company in Georgetown. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or assembly experience who are looking to join a stable, fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble products and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and customer specifications.
• Perform final inspections to ensure products meet quality standards before shipment.
• Package finished products for shipment, including labeling, palletizing, and preparing materials for delivery.
• Operate basic production equipment and assist with component installation as needed.
• Rotate between various assembly and packaging stations based on production needs.
• Read blueprints and production schedules to ensure accurate assembly.
• Use measuring tools to verify product quality and specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Report quality concerns or damaged materials to the production lead.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints or assembly instructions is a plus.
• Comfortable using basic measuring tools and hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when production requires.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.
