Marketing Liaison

Now Hiring: Marketing Liaison - SAGE Rehabilitation Hospital & Outpatient Services SAGE Rehabilitation & Outpatient is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Liaison to support and grow our presence across the Greater Baton Rouge area. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical expertise with proven healthcare marketing and admissions experience to build and maintain meaningful relationships with referral sources and community partners. Responsibilities Promote SAGE Rehabilitation & Outpatient services and care continuum with assigned parishes Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, case managers, social workers, discharge planners, patients and families Support admissions intake processes, including clinical review and coordination Ensure continuity of patient care through effective communication and follow-up Assist the clinical liaisons with navigation process oversight, and implementation of marketing strategies Analyze market trends and referral patterns to identify growth opportunities Design, implement, and consistently achieve marketing and admissions intake goals Experience And Skills Proven experience in healthcare marketing and/or admissions intake Healthcare marketing preferred Strong critical thinking skills Demonstrated success in networking and building referral relationships Ability to work independently while achieving measurable results Experience developing and executing hospital or community-based marketing plans Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills Requirements Must have ability to travel to/market in Baton Rouge and surrounding parishes Valid Louisiana driver's license Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Familiarity with hospital databases and healthcare documentation systems Proven ability to collaborate with physicians, social workers, case managers, patients and families Make a difference in the lives of others — and your own — with Sage Rehabilitation Hospital & Outpatient. #J-18808-Ljbffr
