Civil Engineer

Las Vegas, NV | $100,000–$150,000 + Bonus

A growing engineering firm is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer / Project Manager with strong land development experience to join its Las Vegas team.

Responsibilities

Manage land development projects from planning through completion
Lead and mentor engineering designers and oversee quality control
Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, scopes, and proposals
Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies
Evaluate zoning, site constraints, and regulatory requirements
Prepare and review subdivision maps, site development plans, and public improvement plans
Prepare and review hydrologic studies and drainage reports

Qualifications

B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field
Active Nevada PE license required
5+ years of land development experience or 10+ years of overall engineering experience
Strong project management and leadership skills
Experience supervising designers and managing projects
Excellent client and agency communication skills
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Strong knowledge of land development, drainage, and site design
