What You'll Do

• Set up and run injection molding machines for efficient, high-quality production.
• Perform mold setups and changeovers based on schedules and procedures.
• Operate and adjust auxiliary equipment and robotic systems to support molding operations.
• Follow detailed work instructions and production documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Troubleshoot molding and quality issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Verify materials and components before each production run.
• Record downtime, scrap, and production data to support improvement efforts.
• Use precision measuring tools to check part quality and machine performance.
• Report tooling or equipment concerns through established work order systems.
• Support continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Work Environment

You'll work with molding machines, robotics, and precision tools in a clean, well-maintained production area. Available shifts include 2nd shift (6:00 p.m.4:30 a.m.) and 3rd shift (8:00 p.m.6:30 a.m.) , Monday through Thursday. Safety policies, housekeeping standards, and organized workflows are central to daily operations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $79040.00/yr.
