Job Details Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians across 2nd shift operations Drive preventative and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment uptime and reliability Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, and production equipment issues Support TPM, Root Cause Analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize production downtime Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, food manufacturing, and plant operational standards Monitor maintenance KPIs including downtime, OEE, and equipment performance metrics Utilize CMMS systems for work orders, scheduling, reporting, and maintenance tracking Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Production, QA, and Engineering teams Assist with budgeting, maintenance planning, and capital improvement projects Support emergency maintenance needs, including occasional extended hours or weekends as required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLCs, instrumentation, and industrial maintenance systems Experience within food manufacturing or highly regulated manufacturing environments preferred Hands-on experience with TPM, preventive/predictive maintenance, and reliability programs Experience using CMMS systems and Microsoft Office Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Knowledge of OSHA and plant safety regulations required AutoCAD experience is a plus Interested in hearing more?
