Must-Have Skills/Experience: Diagnostic and interventional procedures

Description: Experience in Interventional Radiology required. Involves occasional Interventional Radiology procedures such as vascular embolization, ports, vascular stenting, and nephrostomy tube placement. Unit profile includes trauma-level care and a cath lab environment. Patient ratios and care for adult populations are standard. Equipment utilized includes GE for fluoroscopy and upcoming changes to hemodynamic systems. Electronic health record system is Cerner. The supervisor is responsible for overseeing unit operations. Ideal candidates should be team players and possess knowledge of manifold, IVUS, FFR, IVL, Impella, and IABP, as well as pre/post unit procedures. Common diagnoses treated include coronary artery disease.
