GI Medical Assistant Patient Care & Education

Borland Groover

Borland Groover, a leading gastroenterology practice in Jacksonville, is seeking a Medical Assistant to coordinate patient care under provider guidance. The MA will support clinical operations, educate patients, and assist with exams and vaccines in a fast-paced specialty setting.

Responsibilities include chart reviews, patient education, medication management, and prior-authorization processing, with PHI handling and HIPAA compliance emphasized. Travel to other offices may be required.
