Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to telemetry patients, primarily focusing on renal, urology, oncology, pulmonology, cardiology, and general med-surg patients.
• Support the unit's safety and quality initiatives, including documentation compliance and HAIs prevention.
• Collaborate with team members, including unit secretaries and tech staff, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in nurse leader rounds to promote patient-centered care and uphold the unit's service standards.
• Adhere to hospital-specific policies, dress code, and equipment protocols.
