What You'll Do

• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients in ICU and medical-surgical units
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis
• Monitor vascular access, treatment response, and patient stability throughout procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nephrologists, hospitalists, and intensivists to optimize patient outcomes
• Document treatments and patient care activities accurately in electronic medical records
• Maintain infection control, hospital policies, and best practices
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute care environment

What You Need

• Active RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State
• At least 2 years recent acute dialysis RN experience, including ICU dialysis
• Certification in BLS and ACLS
• Proficiency with all dialysis vascular access types
• Ability to work independently and manage patient care autonomously
• Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
