Job Overview Physical Therapist – General, Clancy, Montana. Travel assignment starting 08/03/2026 for 13 weeks in a long‑term care nursing home setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,065 to $2,155 with 36 guaranteed hours. Shift is Monday–Friday. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,065–$2,155 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday–Friday Start date: 08/03/2026 Setting: Long‑term care nursing home Responsibilities Perform initial and ongoing PT evaluations for residents to identify functional limitations and abilities Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans focusing on mobility, strength, balance, gait, and daily activities Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, and neuromuscular re‑education as clinically indicated Document progress and outcomes in the resident’s chart; communicate findings and recommendations with the interdisciplinary care team Ensure safety and infection control during treatment; educate residents and families on home exercise programs and activity strategies Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and coordination with nursing staff to optimize resident outcomes Requirements Current PT license to practice in Montana (or eligibility to obtain MT licensure) Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a geriatric/long‑term care setting or with older adult populations Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills Availability to work Monday–Friday in a fast‑paced LTC environment Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated support throughout the assignment Fast credentialing process to help you start on time #J-18808-Ljbffr HealthForce Healthcare
