All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to any protected characteristics.What you will be doing: Single point of contact for and managing all quality-related matters in the ATC Active and decisive member of the site leadership team Deploy business plans that deliver the quality strategy and objectives Support the Production System programs applicable to the ATC to deliver results for quality Embed improvement tools and techniques into the day-to-day operation of the plant Establish robust corrective & preventive action plans for Major Quality Investigations Implement and maintain the Quality System for the ATC that is consistent with the Rolls-Royce Management System (RRMS). Deliver the quality training requirements for the area and certify operators and inspectors as appropriate to the Quality Plan Define and manage the audit program within the facility or functionsDrive the Supplier Quality Management Team to deliver support for any supplied quality issuesWho we’re looking for:At Rolls-Royce we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. They are the fundamental qualities that we seek for all roles.Basic Requirements:Associate degree in Engineering with 7+ years of Quality, Engineering or Manufacturing experience, ORBachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years of Quality, Engineering or Manufacturing experience, ORMaster's degree in Engineering with 3+ years of Quality, Engineering or Manufacturing experience, ORPhD in Engineering, OR9+ years of Quality, Engineering or Manufacturing experience in lieu of a degreeIn order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent ResidentPreferred Requirements:Rolls-Royce certified Green or Black beltTrack record of Continuous Improvement, especially Lean 6-Sigma experience ISO 9000, AS9100c, 14001/18001 audit experience in both managing and conductingExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills to communicate to all levels of the organizationWhat we offer:We offer excellent development opportunities, a competitive salary, and exceptional benefits.
