Make a meaningful impact supporting students from PreK through 12th grade with a contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. This full-time role offers a rewarding and supportive environment in a school-based setting, providing diagnostic and intervention services to help every student thrive. Work closely with a diverse student population alongside a collaborative educational team.
Qualifications:
- Valid WA SLP License required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of CFY (for SLP-CCC/CFY)
- Open to SLP or SLPA candidates with school or healthcare experience
- Experience working with pediatric populations strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments, therapy, and consultations for students ages PreK-12
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to promote student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and school committees as needed
- Provide support across varied caseloads with speech, language, and communication disorders
