As a Beauty Expert, you will advise customers on our skincare products and help them achieve their beauty goals. The role offers a flexible schedule, generous commission opportunities, and employee discounts. Competitive hourly pay ranging from $11 to $15, depending on location and experience. Additionally, earn uncapped commission up to 15% of total sales. Responsibilities Advise customers on our skincare products and their benefits Assist customers with tanning needs while adhering to state and local recommendations Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals Maintain a clean and organized salon Handle cash and perform daily administrative tasks Track progress toward personal and team goals Consult with customers in a professional and upbeat manner Provide exceptional customer service Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least 18 years of age Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance North Central Tan, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
