You will be able to work with clientele and products that define the most exclusive side of the glittering world of ultra-high-end watches and jewelry. ABOUT THE POSITION: This role is located in their new location that houses their private jewelry showroom, corporate offices and caters to their clientele with exclusive luxury services including a multibrand shopping center, restaurant, spa and private lounge. This position requires extensive experience in high jewelry sales with an intimate knowledge of high jewelry brands and independent designers and working with a high-net-worth clientele. Timepiece experience is a plus but not required. This role is centered around cultivating robust client relationships and selling premium jewelry pieces and luxury watches to a diverse clientele. We seek an individual who excels in a customer-centric environment, possessing excellent communication skills and a knack for sales. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and possesses a flair for communication and sales. Key responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships, servicing accounts, developing sales pipelines, and exceeding sales targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Cultivate enduring relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty. Elevate the customer experience through personalized service, product knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail. Employ effective sales techniques to present and sell high-quality jewelry and watches. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks. Address client queries and concerns with the utmost professionalism. Provide after-sales support and service as needed. Fulfill the duties of a customer service associate, including problem-solving, initiating follow-up with clients to resolve issues, and report completion. Learning & Development: Continuously educate oneself on all the jewelry and watch brands, and other products and services offered by the company. Stay abreast of market trends, news, and industry standards to remain competitive. Must attend brand and sales training sessions as assigned, learn and be proficient in the knowledge of jewelry and watches sold. Retail Operations: Assist in the visual merchandising and jewelry presentation as required. Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the store environment. This may include taking out trash, cleaning shelves, and setting up merchandising displays. Prepare and calculate product sales, invoicing, maintaining, and utilizing the CRM system (Zoho), process cash or credit payments, and compute purchases. Perform additional tasks assigned by the manager. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 3+ years of retail sales experience, specifically in high-end or luxury jewelry. Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable, personalized client experiences and building long-term customer relationships. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a plus. Professional demeanor, punctuality, reliability, and impeccable grooming standards are essential. Ability to think on your feet, exercise sound judgment, and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Basic computer proficiency, including checking inventory, processing transactions, and accessing product information. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle high-value merchandise accurately and securely. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to wear cotton gloves while handling fine jewelry and luxury merchandise. Ability to lift and carry jewelry cases, display materials, and merchandise weighing up to 25. Ability to safely open and close heavy safe doors and display cases throughout the day. Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive flexing and movement as required to retrieve, display, and secure merchandise. Ability to maintain manual dexterity necessary for handling delicate, high-value jewelry with. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Base salary plus uncapped commission.
