PMO Analyst PMO Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the setup, execution, and governance of project and program management frameworks.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and issues across the portfolio and ensure timely escalations.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and executive reports.
- Track budgets, resource allocations, and timelines to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Facilitate project reviews, audits, and compliance checks.
- Standardize project management processes, templates, and tools across the organization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6 years of experience in a PMO or project coordination role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, Clarity PPM).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- PMO-CP (PMO Certified Practitioner) - optional
