About the Position

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Service/Parts Representative to help grow business for both our Service and Parts Departments. This position will focus on developing new business opportunities, building fleet and commercial accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable networking, making business contacts, following up with potential customers, and identifying opportunities to bring additional Service and Parts business to the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for both the Service and Parts Departments.
• Build, develop, and maintain fleet and commercial accounts .
• Establish relationships with local businesses and potential fleet customers.
• Identify opportunities to increase Service and Parts sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and business accounts.
• Promote the dealership's Service and Parts capabilities to businesses, fleets, and individual customers.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to develop long-term business relationships.
• Assist with customer retention and customer satisfaction within the Fixed Operations Departments.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and businesses utilizing dealership Service and Parts.
• Work closely with Service and Parts Management to ensure customer needs are addressed.
• Network within the local community to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, prospects, fleet accounts, and follow-up activities.
• Meet established business development and customer relationship goals.
• Represent the dealership in a professional and positive manner.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive, sales, customer service, business development, fleet, Service, or Parts is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new business.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Automotive experience is preferred, but candidates with strong sales, business development, or customer relationship experience are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

The primary focus of this position is to create business for the dealership's Service and Parts Departments . You will be responsible for developing fleet accounts, finding new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and helping grow the dealership's Fixed Operations business.
