Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties within the local Claremont area. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide personalized service. Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analysis to help clients make informed decisions. Negotiate contracts and offers between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms for all parties. Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions. Stay up-to-date with local market trends, zoning laws, and real estate regulations to provide expert guidance. Participate in community events and networking opportunities to build brand presence and generate leads.
