Rainbow Pediatrics has been serving the Fayetteville, NC community with quality pediatric care for over 10 years. We provide comprehensive pediatric care to children ages 0-18. Founded by Dr. Taner Esensoy, Rainbow Pediatrics of Fayetteville is committed to treating children like our children by providing the highest quality pediatric care and testing in a compassionate environment. We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Fayetteville teams. The ideal candidate is compassionate, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality, family-centered pediatric care in an environment that values teamwork, innovation, & work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to infants, children, and adolescents
• Build long-term relationships with families and the care team
• Participate in clinical growth initiatives and community outreach
• Collaborate with medical and operational leadership to enhance patient experience & outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current RN and APRN license in the state of North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) from an accredited body (AANP or ANCC)
• Current BLS and/or PALS certification
• Current DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Benefits:

• NC Office of Rural Health high-needs service bonus: Up to $60,000 over 4 years for full-time Advanced Practice Providers, prorated for part-time. Providers apply directly through the state program.
• NC state loan repayment program: Eligible providers can apply directly through the NC Office of Rural Health.
• Federal loan repayment (National Health Service Corps): Our site application is currently under review. Once approved, eligible providers can apply for federal loan repayment through this program.
