What You'll Do Greet customers upon arrival and departure with enthusiasm using: "Irasshaimase," "Gladly," and "Arigato." Provide outstanding service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area following company standards. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests. Accurately operate and balance the cash register. Maintain proper cash control and verify all amounts are correct. Prepare, organize, and hand out the customers' to-go orders efficiently and accurately. Uphold all safety and health procedures at all times. Perform other duties as assigned to support overall operations. What We're Looking For Energetic, friendly, and dependable individuals who always maintain a positive attitude. Strong teamwork mindset with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to greet guests with a smile and maintain eye contact. Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan ahead. Comfortable engaging in friendly, positive conversations with guests. Must be at least 16 years old. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for several hours at a time. Lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and sweep frequently. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Qualifications Professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene required.
