Location: Hoschton, GA

Pay Rate: $74.87/hr

Schedule: Full-Time Contract

Hours: 30-40 hours weekly

Training: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week for 4 weeks Nurse Practitioner (FNP Position Overview
A-Line Staffing is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner for a opportunity in Hoschton, GA. This is a patient-facing role providing evidence-based primary care services in collaboration with a dedicated clinical care team.


The MinuteClinic Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health counseling, chronic condition management, and disposition planning. Providers will work alongside a clinical care team focused on improving patient outcomes and delivering high-quality care.

Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Schedule

• 30-40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Weekend and holiday rotations may apply (three out of every six weekends unless otherwise noted)

Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary and family healthcare services including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health conditions.
• Evaluate and treat patients through routine examinations, acute care visits, chronic condition management, and preventative health services.
• Provide patient education regarding healthy lifestyle choices, wellness, screenings, and disease prevention.
• Perform diagnostic testing and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.
• Encourage patients to actively participate in their healthcare and wellness goals.
• Complete administrative responsibilities including:
  • Clinic opening and closing procedures
  • Inventory management
  • Patient follow-up
  • Insurance verification and payment collection
  • Maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment
• Document patient encounters accurately within the electronic health record (EHR).
• Work collaboratively with the clinical care team to support quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current National Board Certification.
• Active NP license in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent primary care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in one of the following:
  • Family Medicine
  • Primary Care Practice
  • Urgent Care
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross (ARC) or American Heart Association (AHA).
• Ability to provide proof of active license and BLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of chronic disease management and quality measures.
• Ability to practice autonomously while collaborating effectively with healthcare teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare technology.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed.

Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing chronic care patients.
• Experience working in a fast-paced outpatient, urgent care, or retail health environment.
• Familiarity with electronic medical systems (EMS/EHR platforms).

Additional Requirements

• DEA registration may be required during onboarding.
• High-speed internet and technology proficiency may be required for clinical systems.
• Prior CVS/Aetna experience is not required.

Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Work Environment

• Patient-facing clinical role.
• Onsite as needed.
• Reports directly to the Practice Manager.
