ICU Registered Nurse - Trauma, Surgical, and Neurological

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse with a strong background in trauma, surgical, and neurological patient care. This position is essential for providing top-quality nursing care in a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patients.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as per established protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Assist in the orientation and training of new staff as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license required.
• 2 years of ICU staff experience required, specifically in trauma, surgical, and neurological care.
• Previous travel experience is required.
• Trauma Level One experience is a must.

Schedule

This position requires a shift from 7 AM to 7:30 PM, and candidates must be open to floating to other units as necessary. A total of 48 hours per week is available, please indicate interest in additional hours when applying.
