Position Overview

We are actively hiring Final Expense Tele-Sales Agents who want to build a meaningful career helping seniors and families from the comfort of home. No prior insurance experience is requiredwe provide training, mentorship, and warm inbound leads. This is a 100% commission role with high income potential for those willing to learn and serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and follow-up calls with interested clients
• Conduct virtual consultations via phone or Zoom
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate final expense coverage
• Guide clients through the application and underwriting process
• Maintain client relationships and manage follow-ups
• Use CRM tools to track calls, conversations, and performance

Qualifications

• Excellent phone presence and communication skills
• Self-disciplined, coachable, and goal-driven
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using virtual tools (CRM, Zoom, etc.)
• Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
• Prior sales, call center, or customer service experience is a plus
