Qualifications Management Tenure: 2–5 years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant GM in a high-volume, fast-casual environment. Team Development: A proven track record of recruiting, training, and mentoring a diverse crew. You aren’t just a boss; you’re a talent scout. High-Volume Hustle: Experience managing a fast-paced "rush" without breaking a sweat (or the guest experience). Business Acumen P&L Mastery: Comfortable with Profit & Loss statements, managing labor costs, and hitting food cost targets. Inventory & Ordering: Sharp skills in keeping the kitchen stocked and organized while minimizing waste. Operational Excellence: Expert knowledge of food safety (ServSafe Certification is usually a must) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
