Your day as a Member Services Advisor II As a Full Time Member Services Advisor II at SkyOne Federal Credit Union, you will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing member relationships through high‑quality consultative service. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying member needs and matching them with the value‑added products and services we offer. In this dynamic position, you will process transactions, update accounts, open new accounts, take in loan applications, and address all member inquiries. Your commitment to maintaining the Credit Union’s service standards while adhering to policies and procedures is essential for achieving individual and team performance and sales goals. Additionally, you will support business development efforts by conducting outbound sales and service calls, while providing frontline coverage at our branches and call center, ensuring a seamless experience for our members. QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of one-year experience in a financial services call center. Strong cross-selling and telemarketing skills. Excellent member service and telephone communication skills. Strong knowledge and understanding of financial products and services. Windows, Word, Excel, and Internet proficiency. A high degree of confidentiality.
