Job Responsibilities Administer students' assessment and develop student learning plans Assist with sales including lead follow‑ups and new students' enrollment Exceptional customer service with strong relationships with students and families Lead team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting Manage students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions Teach/tutor in‑center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices Write, review, publish students' session summary, progress report, learning plan and discuss with families Proficiency with digital educational materials and processes Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment Lead and participate in non‑teaching tasks, which may include cleaning, administrative assistance, curriculum preparation, or other duties as required in the center. Qualifications Passion for math and working with students Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Eagerness to learn, be trained and grow in managerial role Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I; Algebra II and Calculus preferred Ability to use computers, tablets, instructional technology, and other teaching materials Availability during Mathnasium instruction hours (Mon–Thu 3:30–8:00 PM, Saturdays 10:00 AM–1:00 PM) All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check. Mathnasium locations are independentlyowned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium").Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center.
