ADA Traffic Control is an exciting family‑run company providing traffic control services to work zones in Vermont, New York, Maine, and New Hampshire. This role offers a variable schedule and locations that may vary by contractor need. Some weekend availability is expected, and both seasonal and year‑round positions are available. Salary Range: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour. Conduct daily traffic plans. Set up and tear down appropriate work‑zone equipment. Perform flagging operations. Maintain personal safety and ensure the safety of contractors, co‑workers, and the general public. Follow training and uphold safety protocols. Stay alert and vigilant to spot safety hazards. Work under pressure and react to potential danger in an urgent manner. Communicate clearly and professionally with contractors, co‑workers, and the general public. Submit required paperwork to proper channels. Qualifications 18 years or older. Reliable vehicle. Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Ability to travel to meet points. Ability to stay in overnight lodging for weeks at a time (company‑provided accommodations). Ability to work outdoors.
