Job Description Conduct eligibility screenings and enroll participants into WIOA Adult, Dislocated Worker, and/or Youth programs Perform comprehensive assessments of participant skills, interests, barriers, and career goals Develop individualized employment plans (IEPs) with measurable goals and timelines Provide ongoing case management, including regular follow-ups and documentation Maintain accurate and timely participant records in case management systems Deliver career counseling, labor market information, and job search assistance Facilitate workshops on resume writing, interviewing skills, and job readiness Assist participants with career pathway exploration aligned with in-demand industries in the Cincinnati region Connect participants to supportive services such as transportation, childcare, and work-related needs Identify and coordinate occupational skills training opportunities (e.g., ITAs, on-the-job training, apprenticeships) Monitor participant progress in training programs and ensure successful completion Collaborate with training providers, community colleges, and partner agencies Ensure adherence to WIOA regulations, policies, and meet team/individual performance metrics Track outcomes such as employment placement, retention, and earnings Prepare reports and documentation for audits and program monitoring Maintain confidentiality of participant information Qualifications 2 years experience in career counseling, case management and Bachelors degree in Human Services, Social Work, Business, Education, or related field or 5 years equivalent experience with HS Diploma Strong counseling, coaching, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage caseloads of 30+ participants and meet performance targets Proficiency in data systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital workspaces (examples: common AI tools, Sharepoint, MS Teams) Strong documentation, organizational, and time management skills Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including individuals with barriers to employment Additional Information We provide: Competitive wages for high performance 11 Paid Holidays PTO Guided Professional Development Plans Summer Fridays Weekly Wellness Sessions Employer Paid Life Insurance Employer 401k Contributions Employee Referral Bonus Employee Assistance Programs Company Picnics Volunteer Experiences Access to Free Financial Counseling Innovation and a culture of continuous improvement are built into the fabric of our company.
