Overview HSES Manager — Riverside County, CA • On-site A medical device manufacturer is hiring an HSES Manager to set the direction and drive execution of its site safety culture. This sole contributor role reports directly to the Site Plant Manager, with functional coordination across divisional leadership. Why you should apply Own the site safety, health, environmental, and security strategy end to end Sole contributor role with direct reporting line to the Site Plant Manager Lead root cause investigations and drive company-wide safety improvements 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision, HSA, and paid parental leave What you'll be doing Plan, direct, and manage safety, health, environmental, and security programs Investigate incidents and near misses; promote safety-conscious work performance and training Collect and analyze safety performance measures to guide action Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with government safety and health laws, standards, and industrial hygiene requirements Lead certification efforts and audit health and safety programs at the facility Manage workers' compensation claims and environmental regulatory permits for the site About you Be able to do the job as described Comfortable operating as a sole contributor with cross-functional influence across the site CIH and/or CSP certification a plus Familiarity with cleanroom manufacturing and ISO 13485 a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Jacobs Management Group
