Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 base salary

We acquire, operate and consolidate businesses in property management and real estate services. We work across several verticals, including property management, payroll and payments, decarbonization, manufacturing, and lending and financing.

About the Role

de Anda Capital is hiring a Sales Associate with a clear path towards Account Executive , one of our portfolio companies in the property management space, based in Memphis.

This is an entry-level, in-office sales role focused on building the pipeline: running outbound demand generation, reaching property owners and brokers directly, and booking the meetings that turn into new management contracts. You will work alongside the de Anda Capital team as we structure the sales motion, and you will be trained from day one; no prior sales or property management experience is required.

• Run high-volume outbound outreach, with a daily baseline of roughly 100 calls and 150 emails to property owners
• Send LinkedIn connection requests and messages directly to property owners to open conversations
• Build relationships with Memphis-area real estate brokers and develop them into a steady source of referrals
• Execute demand generation campaigns, including building and maintaining prospect lists from scraped and sourced data
• Book qualified meetings with owners and move them through each stage of the pipeline
• Keep the CRM accurate and current: log every touch, track pipeline stages, and report on weekly activity
• Represent the company at local networking events and real estate industry gatherings
• Work with the de Anda Capital team to test and refine outreach scripts, email sequences, and targeting

Growth Path

This role starts as a sales development position and is built to grow into an Account Executive role . Advancement is based on performance, not tenure: the more relationships you build and deals you close, the faster you move up and take ownership of your own accounts.

You will be trained directly by experienced operators within the de Anda Capital portfolio and get exposure to how an independent sponsor builds and scales a property management business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Currently living in the Memphis area and able to work in office
• No prior sales or property management experience required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort on the phone with business owners
• Organized and detail-oriented, with comfort using a CRM, spreadsheets, and email tools
• Interest in real estate, property management, or sales as a career
