Experienced Apartment Leasing Agent - Lakeview Apartments

Job description: Living Well Homes is looking for an immediate, experienced, full time apartment Leasing Agent for our beautiful properties in Indiana. As an apartment Leasing Agent, you will become the public face of our property and the key liaison between the management office and our current and prospective renters. We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who has previous sales experience and can offer excellent customer service to our current and prospective residents. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma/GED 1+ years’ experience in apartment leasing, sales, or administrative work Excellent problem solving and communication skills Ability to multitask during busy periods Responsibilities Meet with prospective renters and take them on tours of the units that interest them Prepare and execute leases in accordance with our property standards and regulations Conduct credit checks and other background tasks to qualify potential renters Collect application fees, security deposits and rent payments Coordinate property maintenance Inform residents of any changes to the rental agreement or upcoming problems with the property Follow up with prospective renters Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service Monitor use of community facilities, including laundry, mail and fitness centers Schedule Must be able to work on Saturdays from 10am-4pm 8 hour shift Job Type: Full-time Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Apartment leasing: 1 year (preferred) License/Certification Driver's License (preferred) Work Location In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Living Well Homes
