Founder & Director, New Verticals Solution Engineering
FLEX Inc
Flex is seeking a founding Senior Solution Engineer to own the solution layer for our largest enterprise deals across new verticals. You will translate complex customer needs into winning proposals, partner with Product & Engineering, and build the function from the ground up, including playbooks, demos, and onboarding the first SEs. You will evolve from IC to leader, hiring and coaching a team, designing scalable discovery frameworks, and aligning technical delivery with business outcomes to #J-18808-Ljbffr
