We are seeking a motivated and organized Operations Manager to support day-to-day operations, process improvement, resource coordination, performance management and business operations initiatives . You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, maintain service quality and support business objectives.

• Assist with planning, coordinating and monitoring daily business operations.
• Coordinate workflows, resources, schedules and operational activities.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational tasks and deliverables are completed on time.
• Track operational issues, risks and dependencies and assist with resolution.
• Maintain operational documentation, procedures, reports and records.
• Support budgeting, resource planning and operational forecasting activities.
