Responsibilities:

• Assist with the administration of medications to residents according to their individualized treatment plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of medication administration and resident observations

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of resident medication profiles and treatment plans

• Collaborate with nursing staff to identify and address any medication-related concerns or issues

• Participate in resident care planning and reporting to ensure high-quality care

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in the state of Texas

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a healthcare setting preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
