HR Generalist

HR Generalist Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations in a fast-paced environment. This role will partner with leaders and employees across the organization, managing recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR compliance, benefits administration, and performance management while helping foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional with strong knowledge of employment law, experience working with HRIS platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities. Serve as a trusted resource for managers and employees on HR policies and workplace issues. Maintain HRIS records, reporting, and employee documentation. Support employee relations, investigations, leave administration, and performance management. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment policies and procedures. Qualifications: 3+ years of HR Generalist experience. Knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations. Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, UKG, SAP, Kronos, or similar. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
